Patient Resources & Template

Intimate partner resource sheets can be a helpful way to provide patients with information about local intimate partner violence services. Many community organizations or services will already have resource brochures available that can be shared with fracture clinics. However, if this is not available in your community, or you wish to make your own, you may use this template as a starting point.
